    Week 1 (Milestone 1): Planning and Basic Setup

     Project planning and requirements gathering. Finalize the features, user


    roles, and the overall architecture of the project.
     Setup development environment. Initialize ReactJS and NodeJS project
    structures. Setup version control with Git.
     Design of website pages and branding. Logo Design
     Design database schema for users, products, orders, reviews, and
    relationships.
     Implement user authentication and authorization for admin, and users.

     Develop product listing, adding, editing, and deletion features for admin.

     Implement basic e-commerce functionalities - product browsing, cart


    management, and checkout process.
     Develop the review and commenting system for products.

    Week 2 (Milestone 2): Subscription Specific Features and Community wall

     Implement Subscription system, allowing subscribers to get special


    discounts.

    Week 3 (Milestone 3): Advanced Project Management Integration and


    Backend Services

     Payment integration
     After payment email generation
     Project dashboard to list analytics

    Week 4 (Milestone 4): Deployment and Testing

     Deployment on AWS cloud services

     Testing and bugs solving

    Costing Breakup as per development and deployment works

     Website Designing – 20,000/-

     Graphics Designing – 20,000/-

     Development Cost – 80,000/-

     Shipping partner integration (API tracking status) – 20,000/-

     Server configuration and deployment – 10,000/-

     1 year Maintenance and Service – 30,000/-

    Terms and Conditions:

    1. Payment Terms:

    - Total budget quote for the scope will be INR 180,000/- (without gst and tds)
    - Advance Payment: 20% upon confirmation of contract.
    - Subsequent Payments: 20% on completion of each subsequent milestone.

    2. Service and Maintenance:


    - Appopoleis will provide client with one year of service and maintenance post-launch, covering
    software updates, bug fixes, and technical support. Specific service levels and response times
    can be outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA), if client requires.

    3. Additional Features and Modifications:


    - Any requests for additional features or modifications will be jointly discussed and must be
    mutually agreed upon by both parties in writing.
    - Pricing for additional features will be determined based on the estimated effort required for
    design and development, which will be documented and agreed upon before commencement. A
    pricing framework and cost cap can be discussed if required.

    4. Exclusions:
    - The quoted budget is exclusive of any external API costs or third-party services necessary for
    the development or deployment of the application. Such costs will be identified and approved by
    client prior to implementation.

    5. Intellectual Property Rights:


    - All intellectual property rights in the developed application, including code, documentation, and
    design, will be owned by client. Appopoleis retains the right to use project-related technologies
    and expertise for other client projects, excluding any confidential information.

    6. Confidentiality and Data Security:
    - Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during the contract
    term. The developed application will comply with applicable data protection regulations, and both
    parties will adhere to agreed-upon data security standards.
