    Rules & Regulations:

    1 To register a team in the Volleyball Tournament, one must have to submit the team player list with the team name.

    2 The tournament will be based on TT 5 set and it will be knock out. Max player limit is 08 with one Head Coach & Manager.

    3 Referee's decision will be considered as the final decision. Only team captain and officials can negotiate with DMB/Umpires

    4 Player can't be interchanged once the registration is done.

    5 No sandal or bare foot is allowed to play game due to safety reason. Every player must wear sports shoe otherwise he won't be allowed to play.

    6 One Player can't play in 2 different teams , if identified both teams and player will be disqualified from the tournament.

    7 Team Coach & Manager are responsible to manage their team's and supporters behavior and overall activities to avoid any chaos.

    8 To participate in the Volleyball Tournament a player has to be an Almarai employee.

    9 Our DMB (Decision Making Board), former players from committee will play a key role to settle the issues.

    10 DMB decision will be the final decision if any confusions or misunderstanding create during the game.

    11 All the participating teams must attend the grand opening ceremony program on 10th July 2024.

    12 Maximum tolerance of delay to report to organizing board is 15x minutes, if any team fails to report within given time bound DMB will give them walkover.
    Meetings and Others:

    . Team Registration will be opened from 20th June to 05th July 2024. Nomination won't be entertained after the deadline.

    . Management teams will be invited to witness the matches. Standard of discipline will be strictly monitored by Organizing Committee.

    Oath of Sportsmanship:

    In the name of all competitors, we promise to agree and abide all rules & regulations, which have been set forth by the organizers of the tournament.

    No matter, we win or lose but we promise to preserve a healthy & true sportsmanship for the community enjoyment and togetherness for the glory of sport.

    Note: The above statement is acknowledged and I (Coach), with the entire Team is agreed and we promise that if any untoward happens we will be held equal responsible.
