Meat tacos
INGREDIENTS FOR 10 BEEF TACOS
• 250 grams of meat: it can be breast, buttock, whatever you like the most • 1 medium onion • 2 cloves of garlic • 1 fresh chili (optional) • Juice of 1 lime or lemon • 1 medium tomato • Oregano • Dried chili (to taste) • Salt and pepper • Cilantro • Neutral oil HOW TO MAKE BEEF TACOS 1. Cut the bell peppers and onion into julienne strips, the garlic and chili very small, and the tomato into cubes. Reserve separately. 2. Cut the meat into strips and season with salt and pepper in a bowl, add half of the lime or lemon juice and let it marinate for about 20 minutes. If you want, in this step you can do whatever magic you like to give flavor to the meat: add mustard, a splash of beer... Whatever you want. The idea is that the meat tacos are very tasty so anything goes. 3. In a frying pan, add a splash of oil, the dried chili and the oregano and heat for about 2 or 3 minutes. Add the garlic and chili and fry for a few more minutes. 4. Add the meat and sauté. After 5 minutes, halfway through cooking, add the tomato and finish cooking. 5. On the other hand, sauté the rest of the vegetables until they are cooked but BE CAREFUL: they are firm. 6. Mix the two preparations and adjust with salt and pepper if necessary. We add the rest of the lime or lemon juice and the leafless cilantro
