Recruitment, Leadership Hiring – APJC (L6/Manager level)


 Devising and implementing talent strategy to hire Leaders for AWS India.
 Networking, talent pipelining, driving referrals and other channel mix for hiring
“Leaders of Leaders” (Managers of Managers roles) across Asia-Pacific (India,
Australia, other countries), across the tech and non-tech verticals. These roles
report back to India CEO of AWS / Regional Heads (CXOs). Worked on roles
within sales, tech, most were open for 1+ year.
 Roles included Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Tech roles.
 Diversity Mapping projects for identifying top tech for future needs – identified

 Responsible for day-to-day operations of Talent Sourcing and Scheduling team
