1. Applications and sample restrictions

1.1 Application This series of temperature and humidity test chamber is suitable for reliability test
of industrial products, with the characteristics of temperature and humidity control
accuracy and wide control range. The performance index complies with the
requirements of GB5170.1.2.5.18-2017 《Test methods for basic parameters of
environmental test equipment for electric and electronic products at low
temperature, high temperature, constant humidity and heat, alternating humidity
and heat test equipment》.

1.3 Sample In order to make your test data more real and effective, it is necessary to meet the
requirements following principles to use the test chamber reasonably:
The total mass of the load is not more than 80Kg per cubic meter of studio
volume.
The total volume of the load is not more than 1/5 of the volume of the working
room.
In any section perpendicular to the prevailing wind direction, the sum of the load
area should not be greater than 1/3 of the cross-sectional area of the working
chamber there. Do not block the flow of airflow when the load is placed.

4. Chamber structure
4.1 Structural Integral chamber structure

features The test equipment consists of three parts: the main insulation chamber, the
independent refrigeration unit and the electrical control cabinet.
4.2 Insulation Outer layer is plastic-sprayed anticorrosive electrolytic plate -- Middle insulation
maintenance layer is heat-resistant foam insulation material -- Inner cabinet is SUS304 stainless
structure steel plate
4.3 Exterior Material High quality anticorrosive electrolytic plate, surface electrostatic powder baking
paint, the color is komeg standard color.
4.4 Interior Material SUS304 stainless steel plate, the whole tank is fully welded

4.6 Door Full size single door, open to the left.
The door frame is equipped with two silicon rubber sealing strips and
anti-condensation electric heating device to prevent external dew and frost.

5. Air conditioning system


5.1 Features Regulation and control: forced convection temperature and humidity control,
independent cold and hot side PID adjustment, heat and cooling can be
continuously adjusted, avoiding energy waste caused by hedging of cooling
capacity and heating capacity.
5.2 Air circulation High power fan with stainless steel shaft driven by external motor, fan motor
external, the air is driven by an electric motor and flows fully through the heater
and the refrigerating evaporator.
After being sufficiently heated/cooled to the desired temperature, air circulates
within the chamber and heat is transferred to the specimen by convection.

5.5 Heater Open wire heater, SSR control, equipped with independent overheat protection
temperature switch.
The surface temperature will rise when the heater is energized.
The temperature of the convective air increases after the heating wire, and the heat
is extended to the air in the chamber and the specimen, which plays the role of
heating.
The heating power is precisely controlled by PID algorithm, and the output power
is regulated by solid state relay.

5.6 Cooling method Direct cooling


The refrigeration system provides sufficient low temperature refrigerant to the
heat exchanger, so that the temperature of the heat exchanger is lower than the air
temperature. The heat in the air will be absorbed by the heat exchanger and taken
out of the box, which will reduce the temperature of the air and reduce the
temperature.
The cooling power is precisely controlled by the PID algorithm, and the
refrigerant flow is adjusted by the solenoid valve.
5.7 Humidifier Stainless steel is humidified by electric heating. Liquid water is added into
saturated humidified steam (high temperature and high humidity) in the
humidifier. The steam is sprayed into the cabinet, thereby increasing the humidity
in the cabinet.
Humidification power is precisely controlled by the PID algorithm, and the copper
tube solenoid valve adjusts the steam flow and cooling capacity.
5.8 Dehumidifier It is completed by the dehumidification evaporator coil. The refrigeration system
provides sufficient low-temperature refrigerant to the heat exchanger, so that the
temperature of the heat exchanger is lower than the dew point temperature of the
chamber air.
The moisture in the air will condense on the surface of the heat exchanger, and the
moisture will be precipitated from the air, which will reduce the overall humidity
of the air.
Dehumidification is precisely controlled by the PID algorithm, and the refrigerant
flow is adjusted by the solenoid valve.
