    Dear Mr.Honrada,

    We, TRES HERMANOS BUILDING CONSTRUCTION INC., (hereinafter “THBCI”) intentionally request your good
    office to fund the proposed project for 1.) Puerto Tres Hermanos Resort and Manufacturing Particleboard from Tobacco
    Stalks 2.) Tres Hermanos Medical Center 1 San Fernando, La Union 3.) Tres Hermanos Medical Center 2 Bucay, Abra 4.)
    Tres Hermanos Medical Center 3 Diffun, Quirino Province 5.) Tres Hermanos Medical Center 4 Sta. Anna Cagayan which
    are own concept and design of THBCI.

    Tres Hermanos Building Construction Inc. Is a duly organized company existing under the laws of the Philippines with
    business permit for General Construction and hauling. Its partners for the projects are all professional and experienced for
    construction and development including resort, hotel, commercial building, offices and others.

    The fund will used for purchasing of land and construction cost for total amount of Php 120,253,836,906.58. The return of
    investment (ROI) shall be three (3) years which will start after the construction of the projects. Profit shares will be 60/40.
