    INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SO LUTIONS LI MITE D (IBSL) is a Business Technology


    Solutions Company based in Uganda and was founded in 1999. We specialize in providing
    niche Software Solutions, Professional Services, Infrastructure Solutions, Technical Support
    and Technology Outsourcing to most market sectors in Uganda and in East Africa.

    vertical industries and in a number of solution areas supported by our long-standing
    partnerships with global technology best of breed brands.

    IBSL specializes in providing consultancy and system integration for large IT projects. Services
    include supply, installation and integration of hardware and software across Uganda and complex
    IT implementation projects. IBSL has partnered with leading IT vendors such as IBM, HPE, LENOVO,
    DELL-EMC, VMware & Oracle. The “NICHE” software Vendors we represent are ACCOPS for Remote
    Secure Access/Work From Home Solutions, ASCENT for Auto Reconciliation Solutions, SOPRA Banking
    Solution for Core Banking & Lending solutions, LexisNexis Online Legal Library, FIS Global for Digital
    Payment Solutions, FTR - For the Record Court Recording & Transcription Software to name some. Our
    most recent technology advancement is with SAP, which is the next generation software that
    offers a wide range of enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications including customer
    relationship management (CRM), financial management, human capital management, product
    lifecycle management, and supply chain management. We have a team of certified experts to
    help assess your business needs and deploy and maintain the solution

    Key services include but are not limited to: Solutions for Design & Consultancy, Business Continuity,
    Project management, Turnkey solutions implementation, Data center and Virtualization Solutions, Disaster
    recovery, Enterprise Asset Management, Infrastructure Security, Oracle Database maintenance and Infrastructure
    Solutions. Most importantly, we provide OEM ‘Vendor led’ and ‘IBSL led’ flexible support alternatives to our
    customers.

    We have a proven track record for Design, Supply, Implementation & Maintenance of Mission Critical
    Systems such as IBM Range of Power (UNIX) Servers, Intel Servers from LENOVO, Software Defined
    Storage, Tape storage Systems for efficient Backup and Disaster Recovery Consulting and
    Implementation Services along with a range of Software solutions. IBSL personnel are fully certified
    & trained on OEM Technologies we represent and hence we have three (3) to five (5) year support
    contracts with OEM and customer determined Service level Agreements with government
    Ministries, Departments and Agencies/Authorities and banks in Uganda.
