AKTIVITI PERMULAAN PENGAJARAN / introduction activities

1. Teacher brings the children to the activity corner.


2. She brings children go to the toilet and wash their hands with hand soap.
3. She prepares the materials and sets up the area for the activity.
4. She greets the children.
5. She encourages the children to sit in a circle on the mats.
6. She makes the children comfortable by introducing herself and asking the children
“How are you?” (PSA)
7. She introduces the animal toys.
8. She starts with a cheerful animal song to gather the children and create a friendly
environment.
9. She shows a few animal toys and ask the children if they can name the animals or
make the sounds.

AKTIVITI PENGAJARAN DAN PEMBELAJARAN UNTUK MENCAPAI OBJEKTIF /
Teaching and learning activities to achieve objectives

1. She explains and demonstrates the flow of the activity.


2. She holds up each animal toys one by one and asks the children to name the
animal and imitate its sound. (Focus objective: Language development)
3. She encourages each child to participate by giving them a turn to hold and identify
an animal.
4. She plays the animal sounds and ask the children to guess which animal makes
that sound. (Objective 2: Cognitive development)
5. After playing each sound, she shows the corresponding animal toy and let the
children repeat the sound.
6. She reads a short animal storybook that features animals, making sure to show the
pictures clearly and involve the children by asking questions about the animals in
the story. (Objective 3: Social development)
7. She encourages the children to point out and name the animals they see in the
book.
8. She assists the children if required.
9. Children take turns to participate in the activity.

contingency measures

1. If the children successfully engage with the activity, she will introduce an
additional animal toy, such as a cow, to further enrich the learning experience.
2. If the children face difficulties, the teacher needs patiently repeat the activity and
provide gentle encouragement to boost their confidence and participation.

1. Clean up the area and put back the materials properly.
2. She gathers children and review the animals and sounds they learned about today.
3. She praises the children for their participation and effort.
