CHRYSO®Delta G511

New Generation Admixture for Concrete

Description Domains of application

CHRYSO® Delta G511 is a new generation multi range Admixture  All cement types.
based on expertise hybrid Poly Carboxylate polymers technology.  Fluid, Pumpable with desired retention Concrete
To provide, production.
 A wide scale of dosage.  Especially for job site/ Ready Mix Concrete production.
 A moderate water reduction at low dosage while higher  GGBS/Fly Ash content concrete mix.
water reduction can be achieved with increase in dosage.  Suitable for various grades of concrete.
 Better flow with low Thixotropy & good retention.
Precautions
Not to be stored at high temperatures for long periods. Should be
Indicative characteristics protected from frost. It is Non-toxic and formulated from chemicals
 Form : Light Amber Liquid which present no fire or health hazards.
 Specific Gravity : 1.065 ± 0.02
 Air entrainment : ≤ 1.5 % over control mix. Method of use
 pH : ≥6 Dosage: Optimum dosage can only be established after
 Chloride Content : Nil, as per BS - 5075 (Part-I) trials, taking into account the rheological characteristics
 Compatibility : OPC, Fly Ash, GGBS, PPC, and and the required mechanical performances. Rate of
SRC. addition is generally in the range of 0.4% - 2.5 % by wt
of cementitious material. For maximum dispersion throughout the
ADVANTAGES : mix, CHRYSO®Delta G511 should be added to the mixing water only.
Should the product be added to fresh concrete, into the mixing truck,
Thanks to specifically designed molecular structure, CHRYSO®Delta it is necessary to mix at high speed, and then at low speed (with a
G511 has a great flexibility; thanks to its large scale of dosage, it can minimum 3 minutes at each speed)
be used in wide range of concrete with desired fluidity & workability
retention. At equal plasticity, and after reducing mixing water: Guideline Followed :
- Concrete compacity is improved. IS: 9103-2007 and ASTM C-494-2010(Type-F&G).
- Capillary absorption is reduced.
Depending on dosage, a relative increase of mechanical strength is
observed at 24 hours & is a great advantage too over Old generation
Admixtures available in the market. For any mix, keeping the cement
consumption and workability constant, substantial reduction in the
amount of mixing water can be achieved, to produce concrete of high Shelf Life: If stored in unopened containers at normal ambient
compressive strength. temperatures, a shelf-life of approximately 6 months.
This also enables the concrete manufacturer to produce cohesive,
free concrete with desired workability retention along with our Packaging
slump retainer, “CHRYSO® Tard SRC/ CHRYSO® Tard SRC80” which  225 Kgs Barrel & bulk in 10 KL tanker
helps manufacturer to place & pump concrete easily in vertical as
well as horizontal direction & still be placed conveniently around
congested reinforcement. It reduces thixotropy of the mix without
risk of segregation. It is well compatible with GGBS, Fly Ash like Safety
supplementary materials. Before use, refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet.
