RHOPLEX™ 3392 Floor Finish Polymer

RHOPLEX™ 3392 Floor Finish Polymer is a modified acrylic polymer that offers high gloss
and durability and is specially modified to have excellent resistance to harsh detergent
solutions.

RHOPLEX™ 3392 Floor Finish Polymer based polishes offer a distinct combination of
polish hardness, resilience, and low level of ammonia odor.

Features &  Durability—Formulations based on RHOPLEX™ 3392 Floor Finish Polymer have
Benefits excellent scuff, black heel mark and overall wear resistance.
 Gloss— RHOPLEX™ 3392 Floor Finish Polymer based formulations have notable lay
down gloss and gloss retention.
 Low Odor - Polishes made with RHOPLEX™ 3392 Floor Finish Polymer have low
ammonia odor.
 Detergent Resistance and Removability—Polishes made with RHOPLEX™ 3392 Floor
Finish Polymer have an excellent level of resistance to a variety of harsh detergent
solutions. At the same time these polishes maintain the ability to be removed with a
mild floor finish stripping composition.

Performance As with all Dow floor finish polymers, RHOPLEX™ 3392 Floor Finish Polymer shares a
Characteristics number of common performance characteristics. The suggested polish formulation made
with RHOPLEX™ 3392 Floor Finish Polymer meets the industry slip resistance standard as
tested by the ASTM D-2047 Standard Test Method. Finishes can be formulated to a range
of solid levels from 15 to 25 percent. RHOPLEX™ 3392 Polymer offers for the manufacture
of polishes that can be applied at floor temperatures of 50°F (10°C) and above.

RHOPLEX™ 3392 Floor Finish Polymer Formulation N-92-1


Formulation N-92-1 is a suggested starting point formulation that offers excellent lay down gloss and very good burnish
response and wear performance properties.
