ONLINE REGISTRATION-CUM-ENROLLMENT PROCESS

ACADEMIC SESSION 2024-2025


TOTAL TEN (10) ONLINE STEPS FOR THE NEW JOINEES
OF
AMITY UNIVERSITY UTTAR PRADESH
The Ten (10) Online Steps to be done by New Joinees of 2024 for completion of their
Registration-cum-Enrollment Process w.r.t. Academic Session 2024-2025.
1. Online submission of Profile Entry Form (Registration-cum-Enrollment Form):
i. Submit “Basic Information”
ii. Submit “Personal Information”
iii. Submit “Address”
iv. Submit “Qualification”
v. Submit “Local Guardian(s) Details” [Optional]
vi. Submit “Doctor Information [for Medical History/Medical Fitness], and Bank Information” [for Fee Refund]
vii. Review/Modify Profile Entry Form – Final Submit
2. Online acceptance of Undertaking of Registration Form by the student[One Time Password is not required to submit]
3. Upload Signature
4. Club/Committee Option Form [A student can select Maximum Three Clubs] [Not applicable for Ph.D. Programmes]
5. Online acceptance of Undertaking by the student at the time of Registration [One Time Password is not required to submit.]
6. Document Template [Student will upload their documents here for online verification by Institutional Registration Desk Users]
7. Verify Contact Details [Students will verify the functional/active mobile numbers and e-mails via One Time Password (OTP) of following]:
i. Student
ii. Father (Single Parent Option is also available for concerned students)
iii. Mother (Single Parent Option is also available for concerned students)
iv. Guardian [If the student has already verified mobile number and e-mail of his/her Father and Mother/ Single Parent, NO NEED to
provide details of Guardian. Just click on “Next”.] OR [If the student has clicked on “Check if deceased” for Father and
Mother, student has to verify mobile number and e-mail of Guardian. After completing verification, click on “Next”.]
v. Spouse [Please verify Spouse details only if it is applicable/OR if you have ticked on “Married” in Profile Entry Form, otherwise just
click on “Next”.]
8. Online acceptance of Anti-Ragging Affidavit/Undertaking by the Student [One Time Password (OTP) is not required to submit]
9. Online acceptance of Anti-Ragging Affidavit/Undertaking by the Parent/Guardian [One Time Password (OTP) is not required to submit]
10. Online submission of Indemnity Bond by Parents. [At the moment, this Indemnity Bond is to be accepted online, but Original on
Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper (duly notarized), signed by parent(s)/guardian to be submitted at the institution on the first day of
reporting at the University. To download the format of Indemnity Bond, please check “Registration” section of Amizone. The format of
Indemnity Bond is available there. Please submit duly printed, signed and notarized Indemnity Bond to your institution at the Day-1 of
your reporting to the institution.]

NOW THE STUDENT IS READY FOR “PRE-APPROVAL” AND “REGISTRATION” TO BE DONE BY INSTITUTIONAL REGISTRATION DESK USERS AS
ASSIGNED ON AMIZONE BY RESPECTIVE HEAD OF INSTITUTIONS (HOIs) OF AMITY UNIVERSITY UTTAR PRADESH.

“Click here” to access the AMIZONE as shown in below given screenshot or type https://amizone.net
OR https://s.amizone.net/ into the Internet Browser of your laptop/desktop/tablet/mobile etc.

“CHECK IF DECEASED” FOR FATHER AND MOTHER, STUDENT HAS TO VERIFY
MOBILE NUMBER AND E-MAIL OF GUARDIAN. AFTER COMPLETING
VERIFICATION, CLICK ON “NEXT”.)
v. SPOUSE (PLEASE VERIFY SPOUSE DETAILS ONLY IF IT IS APPLICABLE/OR IF YOU
HAVE TICKED ON “MARRIED” IN PROFILE ENTRY FORM, OTHERWISE JUST CLICK
ON “NEXT”.)
IMPORTANT
1. FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: AS THE ONE TIME PASSWORD (OTP) DOESN’T DELIVER ON
INTERNATIONAL MOBILE NUMBERS, THEREFORE, THE ONLINE VERIFICATION PROCESS OF
INTERNATIONAL MOBILE NUMBERS OF STUDENT/PARENTS/GUARDIAN/SPOUSE THROUGH ONE
TIME PASSWORD (OTP) ISN’T A MANDATORY ONLINE PROCESS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL
STUDENTS. PLEASE ENTER THE INTERNATIONAL MOBILE NUMBERS IN THE TEXT BOXES OF
REGISTRATION FORM AND JUST CLICK ON “NEXT” BUTTON.
FURTHER, THE ONLINE VERIFICATION OF EMAIL IDs OF STUDENTS ALONGWITH THEIR
PARENTS/GUARDIAN/SPOUSE IS MANDATORY FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS, FOR WHICH
OTPs TO VERIFY THE EMAIL IDs WILL BE DELIVERED ON THE EMAIL IDs OF STUDENTS, PARENTS,
GUARDIAN, AND SPOUSE RESPECTIVELY. KINDLY CHECK INBOX/SPAM FOLDER OF THE EMAIL IDs
ENTERED BY YOU AND SUBMIT THE RESPECTIVE OTPs ON AMIZONE TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE
VERIFICATION PROCESS.
2. ONLINE CHECK ON AMIZONE FOR ALL STUDENTS (NATIONAL/ INTERNATIONAL): IF ANY
STUDENT/FATHER/MOTHER/GUARDIAN/SPOUSE ENTERS SAME MOBILE NUMBER IN THE TEXT
BOXES OF “YOUR MOBILE NO.” AND “YOUR ALTERNATIVE CONTACT NO.” AT THE TIME OF ONLINE
SUBMISSION OF REGISTRATION FORM, A POPUP MESSAGE IS VISIBLE TO STUDENT ON HIS/HER
AMIZONE SCREEN TO PROVIDE DIFFERENT MOBILE NUMBERS. IN THIS CASE, THE AMIZONE WILL
NOT PERMIT SUCH STUDENT(S) TO PROCEED ON THE NEXT ONLINE STEP OF REGISTRATION
PROCESS.
3. IN CASE OF ANY QUERY/DOUBT/DIFFICULTY, STUDENTS ARE ADVISED TO IMMEDIATELY CONTACT
THEIR HEAD OF INSTITUTION (HOI)/ PROGRAMME LEADER (PL).
STEP – 8: ONLINE SUBMISSION OF AFFIDAVIT/UNDERTAKING BY THE STUDENT/
SCHOLAR CONCERNING REGULATIONS DIRECTIVE FOR BANNING RAGGING AND ANTI-
RAGGING MEASURES

STEP – 9: ONLINE SUBMISSION OF AFFIDAVIT/UNDERTAKING BY THE PARENT/

• AT THE MOMENT, THIS INDEMNITY BOND IS TO BE ACCEPTED ONLINE, BUT
ORIGINAL ON RS.100/- NON-JUDICIAL STAMP PAPER (DULY NOTARIZED)
SIGNED BY PARENT(S)/GUARDIAN TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE INSTITUTION ON
THE FIRST DAY OF REPORTING AT THE UNIVERSITY.
• TO DOWNLOAD THE FORMAT OF INDEMNITY BOND, PLEASE CHECK
“REGISTRATION” SECTION OF AMIZONE. THE FORMAT OF INDEMNITY BOND
IS AVAILABLE THERE.
• PLEASE SUBMIT DULY PRINTED, SIGNED AND NOTARIZED INDEMNITY BOND
TO YOUR INSTITUTION AT THE DAY-1 OF YOUR REPORTING TO THE
INSTITUTION.

OF ALL ONLINE ACCEPTED/SUBMITTED UNDERTAKINGS, AFFIDAVITS,
INDEMNITY BOND.
