Current Job Responsibilities -

• Managing globally E2E Learning process.


• Assess relevant training needs for professionals for different units, in consultation with departmental
heads & line managers.
• Managing training operations (on Success Factor), schedules/calendars, travel, logistics,
accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance & delivery.
• Implementing learning solutions & processes which revolves around LMS & non LMS activities (E2E
training administration).
• Supplier management which helps in delivering customized & employee specific training
requirements.
• Understand requirements and seek to identify existing opportunities / preferred vendors to meet the
requirement. Understand & advise on use of global and regional offerings & develop knowledge of
regional vendors.
• Knowledge of Learning Portfolio on high level; understand the main subject areas and gain the ability
to search in Learning Sites and in LMS (ITM) catalogs.
• Knowledge of global Learning Vendors and Regional/Local Vendors on high level. Know where to
search for additional information when needed.
• Utilization of third party courses, perform the end-to-end operational process.
• Work with regional L&D teams when escalations are required for authorization or informal solutions.
