Professional Working Drawings of Proposed Coffee Shop Building
In accordance with your request for our professional working draing services for the above mentioned

project, it is our pleasure to offer such services based on the following scope of works and conditions:

ii. Upon completion, the architect shall prepare and submit the following to the Owner:
1. 1 Set signed and sealed Architectural Schematic Drawings
b. Contract Document Phase
i. Preparation of the following Construction Drawings and Documents
1. Architectural Drawings
2. Structural Drawings
3. Electrical Drawings

4. Plumbing and Sanitary Drawings
ii. Upon completion, the architect shall prepare and submit the following to the Owner:
1. 5 Sets signed and sealed Construction Drawings
c. Construction Phase
i. Design Consultation
H The project is the Architectural and engineering design production of a coffee shop.
Design Production Services Fee for the preparation of Design and Construction Drawings shall be
in Lump Sum Amount of Sixty Four Thousand Pesos (64,000.00 Php) only. See below for computation

paid within five (5) working days from receipt of project proposal to signify acceptance of
Architect’s Professional services. The Engagement/Acceptance Fee is part of the total
Professional Fee. Architectural services will commence upon receipt of
Engagement/Acceptance Fee.
b. A partial payment of 25% of Professional Service Fee or Sixteen Thousand Pesos
(16,000.00 Php) shall be given upon submission of Schematic Design Deliverables (see Part I
of Service Proposal)

c. A partial payment of 15% of Professional Service Fee or Nine Thousand Six Hundred
Pesos (9,600.00 Php) shall be given upon submission of Contract Documents Deliverables
(see Part I of Service Proposal)
d. The remaining balance 10% of Professional Service Fee or Six Thousand Four Hundred
Pesos (6,400.00 Php) shall be given upon substantial completion of construction.
V. Mode of Payment

additional or separate compensation to be agreed upon by both parties:
a. Revision on the drawings, specifications or other documents after the submission of drawings.
b. Detailed estimates, detailed construction cost, preparation of Bill of Materials, equipment
and labor payment and review of supplier’s billings and other related services.
c. Services required after turnover of contract or after final acceptance of substantial completion
of the project by the Owner.

d. Full-time Project Management services or site supervision does not form part of this agreement.
A third party may provide such service or such shall be provided by the Architect’s
representative to be based on a separate contract of services.
e. Other Design Services (Landscape Design, Acoustic Design, Electronic Design)
f. Legal Fees, LGU permits and other similar fees
g. Bonds and Insurances
h. Site Visit Expenses (Transportation/lodging expenses if applicable)
