    1. Services Provided: The Consultant agrees to provide the following services:

    o [Schematic Design]

    o [Design Development]

    o [Construction Documents]

    2. Deliverables: The Consultant shall deliver the following to the Client:

    o [Conceptual sketches]
    o [Architectural drawings and plans]
    o [Specifications and materials list]
    o [BOQ]
    o [Project schedule]

    Responsibilities:

    3. Client Responsibilities:

    o Provide project requirements, budget, and specifications.

    o Provide access to the project site.

    o Make timely decisions and approvals.

    o Pay all fees and expenses as outlined in this Agreement.


    4. Consultant Responsibilities:

    o Perform the services with due care and diligence.

    o Provide progress reports to the Client.

    o Comply with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations.

    Compensation:

    5. Fees: The Client agrees to pay the Consultant as follows:

    The NTPL shall be paid a professional fee in the following stages consistent with the
    work done plus other charges as agreed upon INR 175,000.00/-

    6. Payment Schedule:

     Advanced payment is required upon acceptance of this quotation for 70,000.00

     Payment is due upon delivery of the completed Proposal Plan, Site 70,000.00
    Layout Plan, 3D Elevation View, Elevation Details, Door & Windows
    Schedule, Section Drawing and Working drawings.

     Payment is due upon delivery of the Completed Structural Drawings, 35,000.00


    Electrical Drawings, Plumbing Drawings, Material Quantity Take Off,
    Measurements Detailing and BOQ.
    Sub Total 175,000.00
    GST 18% 31,500.00
    Total INR 206,500.00

    Term and Conditions:

    7. As per same as quotation no. NTPL/AC02

    Confidentiality:

    8. The consultant agrees to keep all information related to the Client and the project
    confidential and shall not disclose any such information to any third party without the
    Client's prior written consent.
    Liability and Indemnification:

    9. The Consultant shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Client's use of the
    deliverables provided under this Agreement. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold
    harmless the Architect against any claims, damages, or losses incurred as a result of
    the Client's use of the services or deliverables.

    Dispute Resolution:

    10. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved
    through mutual consent.

    Miscellaneous:

    11. Amendments: Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and
    signed by both parties.
    12. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the
    parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
    13. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the
    remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
