Role Description: Perform data entry and research in various systems and
tracking tools. Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in
identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems. Assess and resolve non-
standard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalate issues when
faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.

Responsibilities
 Transitioned AP process by visiting client site and providing KT to the other
team members.
 Processing & Matching the PO invoices from the suppliers with the GRN.

 Payments processing on all kinds of import and export invoices using SAP.

Role Description: Provides office services by implementing administrative


systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.

Responsibilities

 After submitting the application to passport office, Verify the important proof
attached with application like mark sheet, address proof, id proof.
 Checking the application with proof and find out the queries like name, date
of birth mismatch and any other kind of mistakes in application.
 Queries sent through post to the applicant.
 Based on queries, applicants submit the proper document and again we
have to verify the application and move to the next level.
 Scanning the image of applicant from passport application.
 Update the application details in respective software.
 Confirmation sends for other region passports and gets the data.
 Personal Particular Form (PPF) sent to commissioner of police and receives
the report and updates the data in soft and attaches the report with
application.
 Move the application to passport granting officer.
 Check the applicant qualification and certified immigration check not
required (ECNR) and emigration check required (ECR).
 Detaching the demand draft received from all district collector office.
 Despatch the passport through speed post.
 Database maintenance and update the application details in MS-EXCEL
