    DESCRIPTION
    The BBY42 is a variable capacitance Marking code: S13.
    diode, fabricated in planar
    technology, and encapsulated in the Fig.1 Simplified outline (SOT23), pin configuration and symbol.
    SOT23 small plastic SMD package.
