1 GENERAL

All Work and Services shall conform to the requirements of the Particular and General
Specifications and drawings/documents detailed within this section. Unless specifically
stated otherwise, in the event of conflict between these Particular Specifications and the
General Specifications the Particular Specification shall prevail.

2 PARTICULAR SPECIFICATIONS
Please refer SOW document C4 attached with this Tender.

3 GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
All Work and Services shall conform to the requirements of the Company Technical
Standards and Procedures. In particular the following Technical Standards and Procedures
shall apply:
The list of Company standards (including SP’s, ERD’s and DEP’s) are enclosed. Apart from
this list, each item FED specification includes a list of codes and standards that are
applicable to that specific equipment. The standards which are applicable to this contract are
deemed to be part of this Contract. Copies of any standard can be obtained from TTO/26
through a written request.
It is the responsibility of the Contractor for incorporating the latest SP’s, ERD’s and DEP’s
into the design during the contract execution period.
The Contractor shall be deemed to have full knowledge of, and shall comply with the
requirements of the following documents (copies of the documents are not bound herein but
are available if required).
The Contractor shall liaise with the Contract Holder to obtain the updated list of the
specifications prior starting the detailed design. Note a CD (Soft Copy) containing the latest
specifications revisions will be provided with this tender. If any Specification is not listed
below then the tenderers shall clarify with the Company their applicability in this contract
otherwise they are applicable if required to complete all the works to meet the Company
Quality, HSE, Maintenance and Operations requirements.
