Embedded software:
Industrial I/O:
The K2001ns has a very simple and intuitive user interface that displays real-time measurements,
system status and other important data. The K2001ns provides a 4-20 mA contact that outputs the impurity measurement in realtime,
providing a way to transmit process values to a remote system. Moreover, dry contact digital
Wide measurement range and increased accuracy: outputs are available to provide external devices with the alarm and range state.
The K2001ns has many interesting features such as its 3 configurable ranges. For example, range 3 can measure
from 0 to 100 ppm, range 2, from, 0 to 10 ppm and range 1, from 0 to 1 ppm. The analyzer’s hardware gain auto-
matically changes to fit the range in use, increasing the resolution and therefore, the precision of measurement.
These ranges are configurable to your needs. For example, range 2 could be changed to 0 to 5 ppm to increase
the precision for this range of values. Moreover, the K2001ns offers an automatic mode for the range selection. Auto-calibration option (patented):
If the ppm value drops below the maximum value of a range, the K2001ns automatically adjust its range to ensure The K2001ns can be purchased with an automatic calibration option. With this feature on,
an accurate measurement. Furthermore, the automatic range can be overrun by the “Lock range” feature that the K2001ns toggle between 3 inlets (span gas, zero gas and sample gas) in order to automatically

The K2001 new series has also been upgraded with a chemical-interference-free patent pending design which This option avoids gas contamination, purge time and human errors due to manipulation.
avoids erroneous measurement due to undesired impurities.
Self-diagnosis analyzer:
The embedded software includes different
features that help in keeping track of
system abnormalities. Errors such as
under-scale, over-scale, low flow and
plasma off are managed automatically
by the software and reported in a
“Historic alarm” menu with the time
at which they occurred. All of these
errors trigger a System status relay
providing a way to inform the operator
of a malfunctioning. Moreover, the
K2001ns features 2 configurable alarms
in option. Set Alarm 1 to 11 ppm. If the
K2001ns’s measure is higher than
11ppm, it triggers the corresponding
dry contact relay.

frequency, intensity and electrodes which gives it the stability and the selectivity you need.
It also has a dual beam configuration and an interference free system (patent pending).
It is the only system on the market having no interference.
