    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Greetings from TCS Campus Recruitment Team.

    Here are the few issues that are faced by the students during the registration process . You can cascade it to the candidates for easy query resolution .

    1. Account Locked
    Issue: Account is locked, and unable to log in.
    Resolution: Send an email to campuscommune@tcs.com requesting to unlock your account. Be sure to include your username and registered email ID.

    2. OTP(SMS) Sending Failed / Cannot Validate Phone Number


    Issue: Unable to receive OTP via SMS or validate your phone number.
    Resolution: Email campuscommune@tcs.com with your username, registered email ID, and a screenshot of the issue.

    3. Invalid OTC(Authenticator Account)


    Issue: OTC is not being accepted.
    Resolution: Ensure your device’s date and time are correctly synced. If the issue persists, reset your Authenticator account via this link:
    https://codevita.tcsapps.com/blogs/DeleteOTPAccount.jsp.

    4. Reset Credentials
    Issue: Need to reset login Authenticator account.
    Resolution: Follow the instructions provided in this blog to reset your Authenticator account: https://codevita.tcsapps.com/blogs/DeleteOTPAccount.jsp.

    5. CT/DT Reference Already Linked with a Different Account


    Issue: CT/DT reference number is linked to another account.
    Resolution: If you have access to the old account, delete the CT/DT number from it and add it to your new account. Alternatively, continue using the old
    account. Ideally, you should only create one account for Codevita.

    6. University Name Not in the Dropdown


    Issue: University/Institute is not listed in the dropdown options.
    Resolution: Choose the "Others" option from the institute dropdown list.

    7. Used Different Email ID in Codevita Registration and NextStep Registration


    Issue: Email IDs for Codevita and NextStep registrations do not match.
    Resolution: Although it is ideal to use the same email ID for both, you can still participate in Codevita using a different email ID than what is on your
    NextStep account.
