Concerned about the amount of people who is affected by mental health in workplaces,
Viewing with appreciation the motivation to assist victims of mental health as much as possible,

Topic I: Promoting mental health to be valued and treated equally to physical health:
1. Urges nations to raise awareness about the values of people with mental issues:
a. Education: Promoting university courses, have school programs;
b. Social Media: Make websites, spread awareness through media;
c. Events: Have events such as Mental Health Day or Mental Illness Awareness Week to
promote knowledge of mental health;
2. Encourage equality between mental and physical health:
a. Draw comparisons between both of them;

Topic II: Tackling companies having too much control over people with mental health:
1.Request companies to maintain a fair environment for everyone:
a. Company meetings: Allowing employees to have the freedom to have conversations
with company leaders;
2. Allow employees to have access to resources involving mental health;

Topic III: Improvement of supporting employees and meeting their needs:


1. Suggests companies to have high supervision on their employees:
a. Questionnaires: Allowing employees to give their opinions about what they think about
the company;
2. Education: Spread awareness in classrooms and schools;

Topic IV: Terminating workers who have low performance due to mental health:
1. Free therapy sessions for the people who have problems with mental health:
a. Counseling Programs: Provide them with advice about how they should continue
working or get mental health help from therapists or other institutions;
2. Providing monthly check ups to see how employees are doing and what feedback they have to
the company regarding mental health;

Topic V: To what degree a mental health coverage be included in an employee’s health


insurance:
1. Compensating 10-15 percent of health insurance toward people with mental health depending
on how badly the mental issue is affected employees performance;

Topic VI: Physical design of workplaces and how it affects one's mental health:
1. Knowing the needs of safety measures around the workplace to ensure safety for all the
employees as unsafe environments leads to employees to be more alert and scared which causes
anxiety and employees not being able to focus on the actual work given;
a.Expanding security measures primnight;
i. Security: security camera, lock and keys, fingerprint scanners;
2. Emphasizing the need to add greenery (plants) and neutral colors;
a. Encourages greenery to inc;
3. Encourages the need to be sanitary;

Topic VII: Multimillion dollar companies affect on mental health:


1. Aware of the stress levels of working in a big multimillion dollar company:
a. Provide mental consultancy for minors;
b. Appropriate language usage to all employees but specially to minors;
2. Expecting multimillion dollar companies to respect the laws of all countries:
a. Affirms for companies to follow and respect the decisions made by the governments of
each countries;

Topic VIII: Respect for differences in each individual being in regarding to mental health:
1. Considerate of employees religious beliefs:
a. Calls upon awareness campaigns: Spread knowledge about each religion so that they
would be respected and not misunderstood;
2.Emphasizing the need for women to feel safe and respected in male dominated workplaces:
a.Draws the attention to having equal authority among different genders.
