    School Plan and Activities

    Meeting Notes:

    1. Oplan Balik-Eskwela:
    The Head Teacher, Mrs. Anabelle M. De Jesus opened the meeting by
    discussing the importance of Oplan Balik-Eskwela in ensuring a smooth
    transition for students returning to school for the new academic year.
    The faculty members were encouraged to actively participate in
    enrollment activities and provide support to students and parents.
     Learning Action Cell for IPCRF 2023-2024:
    The Learning Action Cell Facilitator outlined the agenda for the
    upcoming Learning Action Cell (LAC) sessions. Dates and topics for the
    upcoming LAC sessions were discussed to ensure effective
    implementation.
     Division of Works:
    The Head Teacher also discussed the division of responsibilities related
    to Oplan Balik-Eskwela preparations. Each faculty member was assigned
    specific tasks related to enrollment, student assessments, and logistical
    preparations. A follow-up meeting was scheduled to ensure progress
    and address any challenges.

    2. Deped Order No. 002, s. 2023:


    The Head Teacher presented key points and provisions of DepEd Order
    No. 002, s. 2023. Discussion revolved around the changes and
    requirements outlined in the order, particularly the school calendar for
    2023-2024.
    It was agreed that a workshop or training session would be organized to
    ensure that all faculty members are well-informed and prepared to
    implement the directives of DepEd Order No. 002.
    3. School Plan and Activities:
    The teachers presented an overview of the school's plan and activities
    for the academic year 2023-2024.
    Various programs, events, and initiatives were outlined, including but
    not limited to:
     Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) meetings
     Intramurals
     Reading Month
     Values Month
     Scouting Month
     School Press-conference
     Festival of Talent
     Learning enhancement programs
    Faculty members were encouraged to actively participate and
    contribute their ideas to enhance the effectiveness of these activities.
    A schedule for planning and organizing these activities was proposed,
    and volunteers were sought to lead or participate in the planning
    committees.

    Action Items:
     Develop criteria for categorizing Numerates and Non-Numerates.
     Implement nutrition programs to address nutritional status issues.
     Prepare for the upcoming Learning Action Cell sessions on IPCRF.

    Warns Mababang Paaralan ng Bagong Silang to provide quality
    education and support to our students in the year ahead.
