Return Policy

ONLINE ORDERS

Free return labels are available for all U.S.


orders

Miss Circle will gladly accept returns or


exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and
unaltered merchandise with all internal
garment tags intact with your original receipt
within 14 days from the delivery date. A one-
time return label will be provided for
return/exchange requests for all U.S. orders.

We can replace your current item with a


different size, color, or an entirely different
design within 14 days from the delivery date
for online orders. Discounts CANNOT be
applied toward exchanges of a different item.
Fees may apply on exchanges or returns
based on the price of the replacement item.

We only offer a one-time exchange for U.S.


orders. Exchanged orders can only be
returned for a refund (or store credit for sale
items).

We are not responsible for lost packages. The


cost of expedited shipping to you for the
original order (if applicable) is not subject to
refund. We are not responsible for non-Miss
Circle merchandise included in any returns.

Sale items

All sale items marked with "sale" signs or strike-


through pricing can only be returned for a
store credit or exchange.

Defective items

Defects or damages must be reported within 7


days from the delivery date to customer
support at info@misscircle.com. If not reported,
we will not accept the return, or it may be
subjected to additional fees. Kindly bear in
mind that due to technology and colors and
patterns among other things beyond our
control, certain colors, sizes, and textures may
vary from those set forth on the website.
Defective or damaged items will not be
accepted in-store.

Incorrect and Missing items

If you believe you received an incorrect item


or are missing an item, please contact us
within 24 hours of receiving your package.

International orders

Simply fill out our return form with your order


number and mail the item(s) to our return
address within 14 days from the date of
delivery. We do not provide return labels or
issue exchanges for international orders.

ONLINE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Sign in to your account to obtain a return


label (or create an account with the email
associated with your order)

2. Click “My Account” on the top right


corner of the page, next to the search
bar

3. Once your order history appears, locate


the order # you are returning/exchanging

4. Click on “Return / Exchange” and


proceed to follow the instructions
provided

5. To receive a prepaid return label, please


select “send return label”.

6. To ship out the return on your own, select


“ship back myself” (shipping fees are non-
refundable)

7. Repeat the process if you wish to return


more than 1 item

8. Once the return label has been approved,


you will receive an email with the label to
print out

9. Locate your return form and invoice inside


your parcel, fill in the order # and any
necessary information, and include the
filled-out form inside the return parcel for
easy identification.

10. Drop the parcel at your nearest shipping


carrier access point with your printed
label.

All requests submitted online will be manually


reviewed within 1-3 business days. Once your
request is approved, you will receive a follow-
up email with your prepaid label.

Please include all original boxes, instructions,


documents, and wrappings with your return.
Please allow 3-7 business days to process your
request once your package is received and
passes inspection. We need to receive the
item before processing your return or
exchange request. If eligible, refunds are
issued to the original form of payment. Store
credit is issued as a gift card code for a future
purchase and does not expire.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Within 7 days of purchase, you can return your


item and receive a refund to the original
method of payment, at our store. We can
replace your current item with a different size,
color, or an entirely different design within 7
days for in-store purchases. Discounts CANNOT
be applied toward exchanges of a different
item. Fees may apply on exchanges or returns
based on the price of the replacement item.

Return of online orders will be processed


according to our online policy.

Online purchases can be returned in-store for


a refund or exchange.

Sale items purchased online can only be


returned in-store for a store credit or
exchange.

We only offer one-time exchanges for both in-


store and online purchases returned to the
store.

Orders placed on Facebook and Instagram


cannot be returned in-store and must be
returned by mail.

REFUND/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Miss Circle reserves the right to refuse returns of


any merchandise that does not meet the
below return requirements at Miss Circle’s sole
discretion. Returns will only be eligible for a
refund/exchange if they meet the following
criteria:

Must be returned within 14 days from the


date of delivery and 7 days for in-store
purchase.

Must have the original tags attached.

Must be in good, unworn original


condition- no stains, rips, foul odors, etc.

Must not have any alterations.

Swimsuits must be full-priced at the time of


purchase, with the Hygienic Plastic cover
in place, and unworn.

Undergarments can NOT be returned.

Products that are not in the same condition as


they were at the time of delivery or which
have been used beyond the mere opening of
the package shall not be exchanged or
refunded. Undergarments & swimwear are
returnable or exchangeable, as long as they
remain in the original packaging and the
hygienic sticker remains attached.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Refunds will be made in the same way as the


original payment method (such as onto a
debit/credit card account, PayPal, store
credit, or a combination of the two). You will
receive a confirmation via email once your
return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing
cycles for the refund to appear on your bank
statement (due to different banking institution
policies). Price adjustments will not be honored
for any marked-down merchandise.

Store credit can be used online and in store.


Store or merchandise credits may not be
converted to cash at any point, except as
required by applicable law.
