11 Define Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) and give the 3
formula for CAGR. Using the formula, CAGR of Vika’s investment
given below :

13 CASE STUDY
In the year 2010, Mr. Aggarwal took a home loan of
Rs 30,00,000 from State Bank of India at 7·5% p.a. compounded
monthly for 20 years. Based on the above information, answer
the following questions : 1
(i) Determine the EMI. 1
(ii)How much was paid by Mr. Aggarwal to repay the entire 1
amount of home loan ?
(iii) Find the total interest paid by Mr. Aggarwal?
