Karnataka; Primary Level- Uttarakhand
4. PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana: 1st February, 2019. 6000 rupees annually is provided to small
and marginal farmers with up to 2 hectares of land, under PM Kisan Income Support Scheme.
5. Nikshay Poshan Yojana: 1st April, 2018. Came into effect in 2020. An assistance fee of rupees
500 to patients suffering from Tuberculosis. ‘Desh Jitega, TB Haarega’- Target:2025. People’s
Movement/ Jan Andolan; also related to this scheme; purpose: to fight for a TB-free state-
Meghalaya.
6. PM Jan Aarogya Abhiyaan (PMJAY): 23rd September, 2018. Health Insurance of 5 Lakhs for
secondary and tertiary hospitalization 50-crore people under Ayushman Bharat Yojana;
Cashless and paperless free treatment up to 5 Lakhs.
8. Ganga Vriksharopan Abhiyaan/ Ganga Tree Plantation Campaign. : 9th July, 2018. Planting trees
along the banks of River Ganga; Sustaining its water level and keeping the river clean.
Campaign launched as PM Namami Gange Project.
9. PM National Nutrition Mission: 8th March, 2018. Under POSHAN Abhiyaan to combat
malnutrition, anemia, and low birth weight. Children (6 months to 3 years), adolescent girls,
and pregnant women will get cooked food.
10. Vehicle Scrapping Policy: 25th March, 2018. To scrap vehicles that are 15 years or older.
11. Khelo India School Games: 31st January, 2018. To find students skilled in sports and provide
them with a scholarship of up to 5 Lakhs. National Level program aimed at identifying students
who are skilled in sports. This will be done by organizing sporting events in various schools.
Selected students will be called for further training and provided with a scholarship of up to 5
Lakhs and get further opportunities to compete in games globally.
12. SABLA Scheme/ Scheme for Adolescent Girls (SAG): 27th December, 2010. Providing nutrition
and healthcare services to adolescent girls (10-14 years).
13. ATAL Bhujal Yojana: 23rd December, 2017. Mega-project launched to conserve groundwater.
An amount of Rs. 6000 crores has been allotted to this project by the World Bank.
14. National AYUSH Mission: 18th December, 2017. Upgradation of Hospitals, Dispensaries,
Educational Institutions, and Laboratories. AYUSH- Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha,
and Homeopathy.
15. PM Kisan Sampada Yojana: 18th April, 2017. Holistic development of the food processing sector-
Development of Agro-Marine Processing and Agro-Processing Clusters.
16. PM Matru Vandana Yojana: August, 2017. Financial assistance of Rs. 6000 to pregnant women
and lactating mothers.
17. Aspirational Districts Program: January 2018. Transformation of Aspirational Districts; based on
three pillars- Then convergence of Central and State Government Schemes, Competition among
Districts, and Cooperation among Officials.
18. Samagra Shiksha Abhiyaan: 28th March 2018. To merge the three existing education-related
schemes; The Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan, The National Medium Education Campaign (RMSA), and
The Teacher Education (TE). The scheme will also assist the states to help children access
education and schooling from pre-nursery to 12th standard.
19. Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MNERGA): 2005. Hundred
days of guaranteed employment to rural and poor people. Job cards are given to people from
poor households containing details of work to be done by the job card holder or NREGA
beneficiary. A new NREGA job card is generated for each beneficiary every year.
20. PM Jan Dhan Yojana: 28th August, 2014. The state to implement this scheme with full effect is
Telangana. Motive- To promote financial inclusion and make financial services accessible to
every Indian household. Any individual who is above ten years of age can open a Zero
Balance Savings Account in an established bank under PMJDY.
21. PM Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana: 22nd January, 2015. Ensuring the future of a girl child; A small
deposit savings scheme under the name of the girl child in which money can be deposited for
up to 14 years.
22. ATAL Pension Yojana: 9th May, 2015. To increase the number of people in all kinds of Pension
Schemes.
23. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana: 25th June, 2015. To provide a house to every citizen by 2022.
24. Saansad Adarsh Graam Yojana: 11th October, 2014. MPs elected from a village must provide all
infrastructural facilities- socio-cultural, roads, and economy to the villages under their
jurisdiction, including the basic facilities as per requirement by 2024.
25. Make In India: September 25, 2014. To encourage multinational as well as domestic companies
to manufacture their products in India and increase employment and skills in 25 sectors.
26. Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan: October 2, 2014. To achieve the objective of a ‘Clean India’ as dreamt
by Mahatma Gandhi.
27. Soil Health Card Scheme/Mrida Swasth Card Yojana: February 17, 2015. To improve
productive capacity by examining the soil and giving information about the
nutrients/fertilizers required to the farmers.

29. Digital India: July 1, 2015. To minimize the burden of documents on government
offices/institutions.
30. Beti Bachao. Beti Padhao./ Save a Girl Child and Educate a Girl Child: 22nd January, 2015.
Given the low birth rate of female infants in the country, the government launched this
scheme. Started from- Panipat, Haryana.
31. Mission Indradhanush: December 24, 2015. Immunizing all children and pregnant women
against Diptheria, Pertussis, Tetanus, Polio, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B, and Measles by 2020.
32. Indradhanush Yojana: 2015. A seven-pronged plan launched by the Indian government to
improve the functioning of Public Sector Banks (PSBs). The plan aims to help PSBs compete
with private sector banks, reduce their Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), and revive economic
growth.
33. Sagarmala Project/ Sagarmala Pariyojana: 31st July, 2015. To transform existing ports into
modern world-class ports.
34. Setu Bharatam Pariyojana/ Setu Bharatam Project: March 3, 2016. To make all National
Highways free of railway-level crossings and reconstruct all bridges on National Highways by
2019.
35. PM Ujjwala Yojana: May 1, 2016. The Central Government has extended the Pradhan Mantri
Ujjwala Yojana to provide free LPG gas connections, giving relief to all poor families. Women
will receive free gas connections.
36. Jal Jeevan Mission: August 16, 2019. Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his speech at the Red
Fort on the occasion of the 73rd Independence Day, promised that water supply will reach
every household by 2024. Jal Shakti Mantralay; Minister- Gajendra Singh Shekhawat.
37. PM Matsya Sampada Yojana: July 5, 2019. The starting of the Blue Revolution in which the
government aims to turn the country into an aquatic products hotspot by centralizing it.
38. UDAN Scheme- Udey Desh Ka Aam Nagrik: June 15, 2016. Regional connectivity scheme to
make airfare and air travel affordable for the common citizens.
