This is Me!
Having spent close to 12 years as an employee with various Organizations and heading their Sales and
Business Development functions, I thought I have learnt the trade and now it’s time to move from an
employee to an Employer. With this noble thought I started my own venture in 2014 and have been
running the same successfully with its own share of up’s and down’s.
Right from my High School and College, I have been craving for knowledge that comes not just from
books but also through trying and failing on things. This desire has made me ponder over the basic
thought of WHY, WHAT and most importantly WHY NOT! as basic principles in my day to day life. This
curiousness made me a child prodigy on questioning the status quo and trying things differently.
WHY ME?
As an example to this prodigy, I started working at the age of 18 full-time where-in Ias an employee
would take calls with International call centers during the night and then attend REGULAR college
during the day, thus having not more than 3 hours of sleep per day. I could eumulate the sleep and use
the weekend completely to catch on the same.
The quest for unknown has been the guiding factor for me all through and thus continued my education
all the way until my Mphil in Strategy (Regular Full time) with Christ University and also tried my hands
at FPM with IIM Bangalore in 2012, but could not move ahead due to personnel commitments of family
and kids.
With Proclivity towards learn in, this desire is at the peak and what best can guide me than a Senior
Leadership program where in I get to Unlearn and again learn from the best minds in this country.
My long-term objective is to be a HUMAN known for his capability to identify, innovate, execute and
have a challenging approach to incumbent business methodologies. Eventually, I aim at creating future
leaders who have the same quest to question the status quo and are willing to Unlearn in order to learn
again.
I have spent considerable time as an Employee and a little over 4 years as an Entrepreneur but still
wondering over this big term called SKILL and how to unlearn and learn new skills for varied situations.
I am coming in with very open mind and a very huge quest for knowledge in areas of general
management which would help me in the long run in shaping my business better.
I have the clear ability to learn new things and the quest to know more about reason of failures. Every
long-term goal is driven by multiple short-term goals. A short-term goal has to supplement the long-
term goal and must be in sync with the overall objective. My long term objective is to have a large
corporation and help thousands of people to get employment and enable to be self-sufficient and still be
able to ask questions while working .

- Have been the youngest Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt from the House of TATA’s
- Have been the youngest performer to be recognized by GKVK and UAS Bangalore which helped
me to become the Technology Partner for more than 2 years
In particular, I am interested in factors that affect the competitive performance of a business concern,
and the manner in which changes in technology, Social Media etc. affect an organization’s structure,
long-term business strategy, product development, manufacturing, supply chains, distribution network,
information needs and standard systems. In order to gain an appreciation of these and related issues, it
is essential for me to have a strong grounding in Economics, Supply Chain Management, and issues
connected with Information Technology, as well as gain a General Management perspective. An Senior
Leadership Program from IIMR will position me at the forefront of management education allowing me
to learn from the exposure that IIMR provides in terms of its own alumni, access to business leaders and
world-class management. Continued group work with my fellow students from various backgrounds will
serve to cement my confidence in my own abilities and provide an exposure to different cultures and
viewpoints.
