    Mandatory Conditions:
    - QUOTATION PRICES MUST BE VALID FOR A PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS AND SHALL NOT BE ALTERED BEFORE THE END OF THAT PERIOD
    - Risks associated with the transportation of the materials to Delivery Address will be the responsibility of the Supplier
    - All items not conforming with generally accepted standards and conditions will not be accepted
    Delivery conditions:
    - Delivery address: ACF Somalia, Baidoa Office, BAY REGION, SOMALIA
    -The given unit price on the quotation must include transportation cost (packing, loading, unloading, Customs Fees/Duties & Charges, Clearing and Freight charges &
    any other associated cost) upto the AAH Identified Delivery Location
    - All the deliverable items should conform to the generally accepted Hygiene, self-life, market and manufacturing conditions.
    Payment conditions :
    - Payment will be processed upon complete delivery, inspection and reception of all the items on the purchase Order.
    - Payment by Bank transfer (Please Include your Company Full Bank Details in the Quotation)
    General conditions:
    - If the supplier does not attach his Sales Terms and Conditions of Sell with its quotation, then AAH Purchase Terms and Conditions will apply by default (available
    upon request to AAH).
    Additional specifications:
    - If the information isn't specified on the submitted quotation form, then below conditions will prevail as a default:
    - THE QUOTATION MUST BE VALID FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) MONTHS FROM DATE OF SUBMISSION.
    Minimum information to provide on the quotation
    1- Details of Company Representative (Name, address, phone, date, stamp, signature + Bank Details)
    2- Characteristics of the items offered (submit additional documents, if applicable)
    3- Unit price with currency (Considering the Delivery Conditions Clause stated above)
    4- Provide all the information requested on the Quotation Form under "SELECTION CRITERIA"
