1. JOB DETAILS:

Position Title: SAP EAM Consultant

Reporting:

Function: S/4 HANA EAM, Asset manager & SAC

2. JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking an experienced Consultant with a robust background in SAP EAM focused on
modules like PM and WCM and strong integration knowledge in both third party systems and SAP
modules like SAP MM, EWM, PS, QM, PP, Asset Manager, FICO and ABAP.
The role requires a combination of technical and
functional expertise to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions, aligning them with us
business objectives.

4. Key Accountabilities
SAP EAM Implementation and support

▪ Engages in full life cycle stages of project execution in the EAM area delivering all phases of
SAP EAM implementation and into support.
▪ Interacts with business users on a routine basis to gather and document requirements and
develop a full understanding of various business scenarios and map the appropriate SAP EAM
Solutions.
▪ Identifies and assists in the development of new services and capabilities to address business
needs in SAP EAM segment.
▪ Adopt new and innovative business solutions within established and emerging technical
architectures (e.g., SAP-HANA, and mobility).
▪ Closely Work with other modules (SAP MM, EWM, PS, QM, PP, Asset Manager, FICO),
communicate on daily basis with offshore team members and take ownership of the
deliverables.
▪ Require deep knowledge of utility business processes; excellent communication skills, minimum
10 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance, Asset Management and integration with
other EAM applications required with proven track record of successful SAP ERP/EAM
implementations.
▪ Experience in broad SAP functional applications, with emphasis on EAM components, and has
proven track record of delivering team results. Ultimately responsible for the integrated design,
implementation and delivery of the architected solution, created by working with the EAM, FI,
MM teams to design and deliver full EAM solution.

Job Description

▪ Experience with overseeing and approving the end-to-end process design, configuration,
testing, and ultimate conversions of the SAP functions included within EAM and all points of
integration across the solution landscape.

Integration with Third-Party Systems:

▪ Design and implement integration solutions between SAP EAM and third-party systems
▪ Manage middleware tools such as SAP CPI, or other relevant middleware to facilitate seamless
data exchange.
▪ Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated.

Technical Analysis & Customization:

▪ Develop and customize SAP EAM solutions for reports, forms, interfaces, conversions,
enhancements, and workflows (RICEFW).
▪ Support data migration and extraction tasks, including LSMW, BAPIs, BDC.
▪ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP EAM, including debugging and performance
tuning.
▪ Ability to develop custom Fiori applications or enhance existing ones to meet specific business
requirements.
▪ Experience with Core Data Services (CDS) views and annotations to expose SAP data to Fiori
applications.
▪ Experience with debugging and troubleshooting in UI5/Fiori apps.
▪ Expertise in configuring Fiori Launchpad, including setting up spaces, pages, catalogues,
groups, tiles, and role-based access.
▪ Familiarity with SAP roles and authorizations to manage user access to Fiori apps effectively.
▪ Experience extending and customizing standard Fiori applications using SAP Fiori adaptation
and extension concepts.
▪ Knowledge on AI capabilities in Asset manger.

5. COMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:


Internal:
Work closely with the respective functional leads to convert the business requirements to
technical specifications.
Update weekly status on developments to Executive Director – Information Technology.
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants on SAP EAM related projects and support.

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:


Minimum Qualifications:
▪ Graduation degree.
Minimum Experience:
▪ 10 years of experience in SAP EAM as a techno-functional consultant.
▪ At least 3 end to end S/4HANA implementations
▪ At Least 1 ECC to S/4HANA conversion project
