➤ Grammar: I can use the Present Perfect with just, already and yet.

➤ Just / already / Yet

➥ We use JUST to say that something has happened very recently.


E.g.: I don’t want to eat, I’ve just eaten a burg.
→ Use just in affirmative sentences and put it before the main verb.

➥ We use ALREADY to say that something has happened before we expected.


E.g.: I’ve already read this book.
→ Use it in affirmative sentences and put it before the main verb.

➥ We use YET to:


1. To ask if something has happened
E.g: Have you finished that book yet?
2. to say if something hasn’t happened
E.g: I haven’t finished my homework yet.
→ Use yet in negative sentences and questions. We put yet at the end of the sentence or
question.

3. Write the words in the correct order.
