Arequipa, known as the "White City", is the second largest city in
Peru. Founded in 1540, its historic center is a World Heritage Site,
famous for its ashlar architecture. The city stands out for its rich
culture, delicious cuisine such as stuffed rocoto, and festive events.
Surrounded by stunning landscapes, including the Misti volcano and
the Colca canyon, Arequipa is a destination that combines history,
tradition and natural beauty. Without a doubt, it is a place worth
visiting.

Catedral de Arequipa

The Cathedral of Arequipa is located in the Plaza de Armas, the heart of


the historic center of the city. Its location is quite accessible, surrounded
by other important colonial buildings and public spaces. The exact address
is Av. Lima 117, Arequipa. This imposing cathedral is a symbol of the city
and a landmark for visitors and locals.

Mirador de Yanahuara

The Mirador de Yanahuara is located in the Yanahuara district,


approximately 2.5 kilometers from the historic center of Arequipa.
From the viewpoint, you can enjoy panoramic views of the city and
the Misti volcano. The address is Calle de la Libertad, Yanahuara. It is
an ideal place to take photos and appreciate the beauty of the

Monasterio de Santa Catalina

Cañon de colca

via the towns of Chivay or Cabanaconde, which are popular starting points
for excursions and trekking in the area. It is a place famous for its impressive
landscapes and the possibility of spotting condors.
