    regarding examinee number, seat number and room assignment will be entertained two weeks BEFORE the
    examination date. You may check the details of your examination at https://pshs.edu.ph. You may also inquire
    from the nearest PSHS Regional Campus. Answer sheets with incorrect examination details will NOT be
    checked.

    Be at your testing center one (1) hour before your scheduled examination (please check our website, if not yet
    indicated in this permit.)

    The test will start at exactly 7:30 am for the morning session and 1:30 pm for the afternoon session, if applicable.

    Present this Examination Permit and your School I.D to the Examiner.

    Bring at least two sharpened #1 pencil, a good eraser and snacks.

    In case of emergency (e.g. adverse weather conditions, impassable roads due to foods and earthquake), the may
    be postponed. You should call the PSHSS - Admissions Ofce or the nearest PSHS Campus or check
    https://pshs.edu.ph for announcements.

    You will be notifed by mail if you qualify to enroll at PSHS or you may check the results at https://pshs.edu.ph. You
    may also inquire from the nearest PSHS Regional Campus or call PSHSS - Admissions Office at telephone no.
