report format for only to Training Center’s construction work for Basrah Refinery Upgrade Project.

TRAINING CENTER
The following construction ITP shall be followed by Subcontractor and implement all inspection in
accordance with the ITP in Attachment 1.
Subcontractor shall fill all related CCS and ITR as per Attachment 2 list and Attachment 3 formats.
These CCS and ITR shall be approved by Contractor/EPC Subcontractor to verify its compliance
against required acceptance criteria.
INTERVENTION ABBREVIATION AND NOTIFICATION RULE.
Intervention abbreviation and notification rule for each intervention level are shown in the following
