Job interview questions part 2

Why do you want this job?

I heard great things about the work culture here. I live by “work hard
and play hard” motto which is something I see this company embraces
and I’m certain I’ll fit right in. I have the skills and qualities that are
required. And I have been staying at home for months and I’m getting
so bored at home so I feel like this is a way for me to do something
productive.

I am the best type of person for this job. I have a great passion for this
type of role and the skills to work to a high standard. I believe the job
satisfaction comes from two things: firstly it comes from working in a
role your skills are most compatible with and secondly it comes from
working for a caring and enthusiastic and forward thinking employer
like yourself.

I believe this is a place I can grow and develop as a person.

Tell me about yourself

I take my work seriously and I’m always looking to improve my
qualifications so I can work to the highest standards possible in my
role. I am the type of employee who puts all my work into my job. This
is my first time having a part time job. I have no work experience.

- I am someone who believes that my personality will be a big

asset to an employer, not least because of my dedication to my
work, my willingness to go above and beyond what is required
and also my hunger for learning and developing new skills
- Im attracted to your company because I want to work for
someone is ambitious, innovative, and who gives their employee
the opportunity to thrive
- I’m an easy going person that works well with everyone. I enjoy
being around different types of people and I like to always
challenge myself to improve at everything I do.
- I like to take on a variety of challenges. In my spare time I like to
relax and read the newspaper. I liked being balanced. When I
work, I want to work hard and outside of work I like to engage in
activities like golfing and fishing.
- I think solving logic problems are quite fun. I enjoy reading.

What are your strengths?

Throughout my life I have consistently demonstrated 7 key strengths.
The are ability to work hard to complete any task, a desire and
passion to do everything to the highest standards possible, a desire to
work as part of a team to complete difficult tasks, a willingness to learn
and develop continuously, understanding the importance of and being
an open change, a positive attitude to everything I do and a loyal
trustworthy and honest approach to my work. I believe if you hire, you
will be impressed by my work work ethics and my professional
approach to everything I do.

My strengths include my ability to learn things very quickly and to work

alone unsupervised to a high standard. My strong communication
skills and how I am people-person are other strengths.

I enjoy providing great customer service to customers and I will always

positively represent your company brand. I am someone who adapts
well to change, and I view it as an important aspect of my professional
progression and company growth.

I also believe my strongest trait is my attention to detail. This trait has

helped me tremendously in this field of work

I’ve always been a great team player. I'm good at keeping a team
good at keeping a team together and producing quality work in a team
environment. I also have strong customer service skills and I listen
and pay close attention to customers needs and I make sure they are
more than satisfied.

I’ve always been good at planning and detailing all the steps. Even in
college, I would spend time organizing my week and planning a
strategy to tackle each class or assignment. Executing a plan has
always come easy for me as well. I believe it’s due to proper planning.
I also work with people very well in a way where I use the strengths of
each individual in a team to produce the ebay results. Because of my
easy going personality, I have been told that it’s easy to approach me.

What are your weaknesses?

My weakness is that sometimes I take too much and I find it hard to
say no to people. On Occasions, this approach hasn’t helped me as I
simply can’t let people down. I then end up putting too much pressure
on myself to do things for others. However, I am learning to say no
when the time is right. I’m honest at all times and I do my best of my
abilities.
My weaknesses is the fact I am not yet confident at speaking in front
of large groups of people or giving presentations. However this is
certainly one area I want to improve in, and I have been reading a
great book that has been helping to start building confidence in this
area.

I am the type of person who is always open to constructive feedback

so if you want me to develop let me know I so will take the steps
needed to develop.

In college I used to procrastinate a lot. I realized this problem and I’m

working on it by finishing my work ahead of schedule.

My weaknesses is also impatient. Whenever I work in a team, I get

annoyed and impatient. I understand if they are working hard and their
portion is difficult. But sometimes a person can’t do the assignment
due to incompetence or laziness. A while back I would get frustrated
and start complaining but I realized that I can help out by explaining
things to some people and encouraging lazy people by reminding
them of deadline. I know it’s bad to be impatient but I’m definitely
working on it.
