sample answers
What advice would you give to somebody who is trying to manage their anxiety and/or stress? Which would or wouldn’t work best for you?
If someone was trying to manage their anxiety or stress, I would recommend some breathing or relaxation techniques first to see
if that helps calm their nerves. I also think socializing with friends and family can help boost one’s mood as well. This is what helps
me when I am feeling down or stressed and need a pick-me-up.
