Game Changer Award: Content publishing automation: The Education Services Leadership
Team extends our appreciation to Dave, Shane, and Sujith as Game Changer winners in Q1
FY22. Over a year ago, we set a goal to automate the content publishing process and this team
took the initiative to make it happen. They worked with Dell’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
COE, developed their expertise and understanding of best practices, and ultimately enabled the
automation of 164 manual steps. They performed the RPA and code work themselves while
completely redesigning existing processes using an Agile framework to empirically evaluate,
prioritize and execute bot requests. Additionally, they helped the RPA COE scale their training
solutions and establish processes for engaging teams that code their own bots. This results in
not only partner cost savings, but also a much more efficient process for our team members who
are publishing 300+ course changes per quarter. A big thank you to Dave, Shane and Sujith for
going above and beyond to deliver our first major automation in Education Services and set the
standards for future automation efforts!

Game Changer Award: Thank you for your contributions to One LMS! On behalf of the
Education Services leadership team, thank you for being part of the One LMS extended team.
The One LMS initiative could not have been successful without your support, hard work and
attention to detail focused on critical phases of the project. The One LMS project is a strategic
initiative unifying all of Dell Technologies employees, partners and customers onto a single,
centralized learning management system supporting our digital learning strategy. Through it all,
you demonstrated many attributes of our culture code to deliver a world class learning
experience, including winning together, innovation, and customer first. Thank you again for your
outstanding contributions and commitment to the success of this project for both our internal
stakeholders and external customers.

Innovation: "Sincere appreciation for your innovative work! Sujith, because of your hard work
and dedication, and innovation, you identified an area within Channel course publishing that
could save time and resources, by creating a BOT to not only build course placeholders for
Channel content in SABA Cloud, you also incorporated the uploading of content as well. Thank
you for your time, patience and ingenuity to see this project through from start to finish, with
successful results. We are now on the 3rd run of the automation in LIVE, and everything is
working superbly. Your work has saved our Channel team time and resources that allows us to
work on other innovative and productive projects. Thanks for being an outstanding team player,
and for being an innovator in the area of automation!

Results: Accelerating order reconciliation and case closure: While they were already tasked with
several other priority tasks, Sujith and Sreejith eagerly responded to SLT request to fast-track
Education Services order reconciliation and case closure. They both worked tirelessly to help
close more than 2,000 cases and reviewed additional 1,000 cases for sales order reconciliation.
Because of their involvement, Education Services has 425 fewer orders to reconcile for Q4
business. Many of the reconciled orders involved miles credits and the total dollar value exceeds
$1 Million. I would like to recognize the timely and significant contributions from Sujith and
Sreejith through this Inspire Award.
Innovation: Running into Digitalization I would like to recognize the Global Operations
Process Support & Optimization (PSO) team. Jay, Santosh and Sreejith, and Sujith (from the
Automation team) for their efforts in moving ES into the world of process digitization. The efforts
in process digitization had led to insights to enabling process and policy changes. The team has
onboarded into the ARIS platform within just a few months and continues to dive in and adopt
not only the tool but the mindset of change. The team’s journey is still new, but each member
has dug in and support each other in learning and growing. It is a unique experience to see a
team form and excel each other forward and operate as a self-driven team. Within a quarter, the
team has onboarded to a new platform and has started our journey into ARIS.
