Important Instruction to Candidates Appearing for CBT- Post Code- 19
1. The Candidates shortlisted for CBT can download their E-Admit Cards from 24.12.2024 onwards,
for which a link will be provided on NRSC website.
2. Candidates applied for multiple posts are advised to download the E-Admit cards accordingly for
each post separately.
3. In case of any issues in downloading of E-Admit cards, candidates may reach out to the helpdesk
either through mail/ phone provided therein on the website.
4. The Registration Number at the time of downloading E-Admit Card must be entered without
hyphen (-). For eg: if the registration number is 2024-XXXXXXXX, it must be entered as
2024XXXXXXXX.

13. Candidates may note that the Answer key will be released within 2 days from the date of
completion of CBT and the window for raising of objections will be opened simultaneously for a
period of 3 days.
14. The visually impaired candidates and candidates with Benchmark Disabilities whose writing speed
is adversely affected permanently for any reason can use their own scribe at their cost during the
Written Test, subject to production of certificates in the prescribed format Annexure-I &
Annexure-II (attached) issued by Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon/Medical Superintendent of a
Government Health Care Institution with necessary information/Undertaking and produce the
same at the time of Written test. In all such cases where a scribe is used, the following rules will
apply:
a. The Candidate will have to arrange his/her own scribe at his/her own cost.
b. The scribe may be from any academic stream. The qualification of the scribe should be at
least one step below the essential qualification as prescribed for the post.
c. The candidate has to ensure that the scribe shall produce his/her Original Photo Id proof,
latest educational qualification certificate, proof of age at the time of CBT.
d. A person acting as a scribe for one candidate cannot be a scribe for another candidate in
the same shift.
e. The candidate will have to give a suitable undertaking confirming that his/her scribe fulfils
all the stipulated eligibility criteria mentioned above. In case it later transpires that he/she
did not fulfill any laid down eligibility criteria or suppressed material facts, the candidature
of the applicant will stand cancelled, irrespective of the result of the Written Test/
Interview.
f. Candidates who submit certificate for compensatory time as per prescribed format
(Annexure-I) shall only be eligible for grant of Compensation time @ 20 minutes/ hour.
g. During the examination, at any stage, if it is found that scribe is independently answering
the question, the candidate’s candidature will be cancelled.
h. The Candidature of such candidates using the services of a scribe will also be cancelled if it
is reported after the examination by the invigilator/supervisor/ observer that the
candidate/ scribe has resorted to any such malpractices.
