a better place for everyone. Numerous presidents have already gone by, and many encouraging
statements have been made. However, great leader is not characterized by the words that come out
of their mouth but by the action that they portray. With this in mind, allow me to present the
reforms I would implement if I were to become a president.
First of all, the results of the 2022 Program for International Students Assessment
(PISA) show that we are facing an education crisis that needs to be address, with the
Philippines placing 76th out of 81 nations in reading comprehension. I can therefore clearly see
that revolutionizing the educational system would be my top goal. I'll make a reform proposal
that centers on providing the right instruction to improve students' reading comprehension while
also making it more approachable and sensitive to their individual learning preferences.
Through investing in technology, teacher preparation programs, and public schools, we can
guarantee that students receive a high-quality education.
Second, agriculture is one of the most common sources of income for Filipinos. From this
perspective, my administration would work to address the farmers' problems, such as a lack of
infrastructure, a lack of budget, and lack of water supplies. We will provide incentives to farmers, supply
their needs and encourage organic methods that will help not just the environment but also the overall
health of everyone. By improving our agriculture, our country will no longer rely on imports.
Thirdly, economic change is crucial for developing growth and stability. That’s why my
administration would also like to focus on creating a conducive business environment. I will
promote fair competition, in order to encourage entrepreneurship and attract investment. We will
embrace new innovations and technologies to enhance productivity.
Furthermore, we are currently experiencing a significant level of poverty, which includes
unemployment. Many people are unemployed as a result of the high criteria that most jobs
need. Some citizens sought employment in another country due to a lack of jobs or a poor
minimum pay. To address these concerns, my administration would prioritize efforts that
promote skill development and vocational training. By cooperating with industry to discover
developing job markets, we can help individuals locate opportunities that match their skills. In
addition, to address the significant rise in inflation, we will pass an ordinance raising the
minimum pay for employees.
Finally, I'd like to address the issue of insufficient healthcare facilities. This means that
my administration will create more infrastructure to make healthcare more accessible. This
includes expanding facilities, investing in preventive care, and enacting laws that make
important medical services affordable and accessible to all residents. My administration would
also offer healthcare aid to those who could not afford to purchase medical supplies.
