BOARD DEVELOPMENT

This workshop will explore a new work model of exceptional CBO boards one that builds engaged and satisfied board members. Students will: 1.Understand the roles and responsibilities of CBO boards; 2.Identify the qualities of exceptional boards; 3.Identify available resources for board development; and 4.Determine the first step of an action plan for board improvement.
