A zero emission solar powered lawn and landscaping company. Using only organic and environmentaly friendly products. My target client is someone with the disposable income to hire a lawn and garden care company. People with a family income of $60,000 and more with the desire to be greener and help the environment. We also target stratas, apartments and commercial lawn care as we are very quite and help people lower there carbon footprint. Battery operated equipment supplied by Worx www.worxtools .com Ride on mower supplied by Hustler www.hustlerturf.com Hand tools and basic equipment from Rona Rona.ca Sod/Turf and Plants for landscaping from Arts Nursery in Surry BC www.artsnursery.com Truck from Gmc Canada the 1500 Sierra Hybrid Gmc.ca Solar Powered Trailer 16 from Solar Line Power www.solarlinepower.com Equipment Rentals for minimul use tools by A and B rentals Vancouver BC www.abtoolrentals.com In the lawn and garden care industry there is a very limited amount of companies that offer an environmental approach to their company. We will be offering a zero emission service that competes price and service wise with every other company in our service area. I think that zero and low emission companies are becoming the trend in the lawn and garden industry. There are not a lot out there and I think that it would be out in front of the curve for the lawn care industry. With the amount of gas wasted by spilling and using gas powered lawn care products it is only a matter of time before something will be done about it. The Canadian government currently only regulates the pesticides that you are able to use on your lawn and garden. My company only uses organic fertilizer and soils so it will not be an issue for SR Landscaping.
