Project 1: Painting Factory Job title: Structure Design Engineer role description:

Setting scope definition in terms of preparing preliminary drawings. Obtaining issue of construction approval on design drawings.

Leading design activities & approving contractor shop drawings per scope & project plan. Communicate project status, problems & corrective actions with the project team. Directing approved changes in structural designs.

Overseeing final acceptance of the project deliverables; final drawings & BOQ. Managing archiving project documents ; final drawings, BOQ, & specifications.

Project 2: Mall of Arabia - phase one Job title: Structure Design Engineer role description:

Setting project scope activities; reviewing & approval of project design drawings & calculation sheets. Directing the Examination of presented design against project applicable codes. Communicating design modifications with the project team & stakeholders. Managing the Monitoring the application of all design modifications. Supervising the archiving of project documents; approved drawings & calculation sheets.

Project 3: Factory 18 - Military Production Job title: Structure Design Engineer role description: - Define the project scope; issuing general arrangement drawings. - Managing design calculations of structural members per practical codes. - Supervising selection of project materials: ex.: steel members' grades, cladding materials & concrete footing grade. - Managing structural design with project team to insure adicuacy with mechanical, electrical, architectural & practical execution constrains. - Directing the Implementation of client changes impact on structural design. - Managing archiving project documents ; final drawings, BOQ, & specifications.

Project 4: Royal City Job title: Planning and Control Engineer role description: Directing the creation of project WBS per scope. Guiding in developing project schedule; villas, infrastructure & landscape works. Obtaining project owner's approval on project schedule. Measure project performance; actual execution in comparison to planned. Verify & manage changes in scope to - ex: spaces, finishing materials of villas - in regard to project time & cost. Communicate project status to the project owner through detailed monthly reports of cost & schedule status.
