1. Most of the employees feels that the performance appraisal system adopted in the organization is moderately effective and there is a vast scope for the improvement. They feels that it has a wide chance for adapting some new and better method to made it very effective. 2 .Training & development in the organization should be more advanced and effective. Employees feels that it should be given also given according to employee need. 3. Most of the employees feel that there should be

Limitation
1)Due to uncertainty of top level management are not ready to give any information. 2)Some respondents are unwilling to talk. 3)The sample size taken for research is small due to constraint of time.

Suggestions
1. Proper training & development programme should provide as per the employee need. 2. Performance appraisal system should make more clear & transparent. 3. There should be more communication between individuals & superiors. 4. There should be existence of proper complaint channel in the organization. 5.Self appraisal should be started in the organization

Conclussion
Specific learnings of this study as follows 1) Though research study is the kind of appraisal used in the organization and the various pros and cons of this type of system which helps to develop my understanding of the subject. 2) Though this research conduct a study on social behaviour which is an attempt to acquire knowledge and to use the same for social development because social behaviour is a very unpredictable aspect of human life. 3)The opinion of the employees i.e. most of the employees agreed that this method gives the correct performance appraisal of the individual.
