One of the most rapidly expanding industries in the world. Spas are being enjoyed by both men and after their chores, works and travel. They offer treatment sessions that believed to relieve muscle stress, relax muscle tension and improve body system functions. In fact, from 2006 survey gathered by the International Spa Association, there are onequarter of all American adults - some 57 million folks - plus 4 million teens had at least one visit to a spa.
Philippines is well-known for its spa getaways. Specifically in Batangas, there are a lot of spa to choose from. Conducting our study, one of the places that offer Spa relaxation is Tanauan City, Batangas.

Global Spa Economy Report, done by the Stanford Research Institute and released at the Global Spa Summit in New York in the US at the end of May 2008. The global spa industry is estimated to be worth over $250 billion. Also, global tourism, hospitality, and real estate enabled by the spa industry.
In the Philippines, as of end-2006, there were an estimated 87 spas operating in Metro Manila alone. The growth in the Philippines is not just limited to Metro Manila. Cebu City already has 160 spa centres, more than in Metro Manila.

CHAPTER 5
SUMMARY OF FINDING
In sustaining customer satisfaction Avenue Wellness Centre gives the best spa service to their valued customers at a reasonable price oriented by hospitable employees. In terms of energy management, Nuat Thai saves most of their energy expenditure. In terms of water availability and conservation, Avenue Wellness Spa handles their water system accordingly. In terms of waste management, Nuat Thai practice the sustainable use of their wastes.
CONCLUSIONS
The three Spa exercise a high-quality service with customer-oriented employee and functional facilities. Thus making them on top list. They offer and use an eco-friendly products and services. They practice good energy and water management. They sustain customer expectations and satisfactions. The Spa Industry in Tanauan, Batangas are doing sustainable practices.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Spas should develop strict implementation of waste management practices for a more strategic way of disposing, segregating and collecting waste. Strategic evaluation of the solid waste management practices for the possible integration of other relevant practices. Participation of Spas to seminars and conventions about sustainability practice to be able to exceed their existing sustainability strategies. They must comply and adapt to new technological advances to build competitive advantage. They must continue and however improve their sustainability practices.
