business.
Supervise the labor staff that will be assisting them in carrying out
day in day out operations.
Aware of safety procedures.
Monitor KPIs they are at work.
Manage their time.
All their work is needed to be tied up with the appraisal process.

What was done?

phases:
Recruitment and Selection (discussed in report)

this presentation)
Performance Appraisal (discussed in report)
Employee Resignations and Terminations (discussed
in report)

Training and Development

This phase was a combination of different types of


training, but focused mostly on Internships leading to
employees getting hired as Management Trainees on
a 3 month probationary period.

The training topics were related to:


Learning to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
Evacuation drills in case of fire / natural disaster / alien military
threat on the port.
Security protocols that must be abided by due to present of
Pakistan Naval installations nearby.
Time management / prioritization of tasks on the basis of clients
being serviced.
Leadership and Supervisory skills: how to handle the labor
workforce.

Scenario: The presenter(s) is an external management


consultant who is hired to execute a 2 day time

PICT.

After this training, the Management trainees are expected
