Ginger hotels has a need to translate all its
marketing material in seven languages
(Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Chinese,
Japanese and Korean) to use it for their foreign
clients. This will be an ongoing activity as this
material keeps changing. Also, they are also
planning to have their website redesigned for
the following languages. Ginger hotels is
evaluating using Crowdsourcing for this work.
Ginger hotels has also decided to outsource
development of their Property Management
System to an IT Service Provider.

Managed Services: People who are having the
minimum 3 years experience of translation
work Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Chinese,
Japanese and Korean from English and coder.

and Translator (Seven groups: representing
each language)

Hiring of pool of translator, coder and customer based
on qualifing criteria.
Defining of SLA based on outcome based linked to
KPI.
Salient features:
Payment milestone: Monthly invoicing on last calander month,
based on INR 15 per word translation approved by QC.
Coder will get INR 550 per man hour duly approved log by PM
team. Monthly invoicing done on the last calendar month.
Tester will get INR 300 per man hour duly approved log by PM
team. Monthly invoicing done on the last calendar month.

Payment will be done in 30 days after
the submission of invoice.
10 of penalty clause for inaccuracy,
non-compliance with the time assigned

based on the requirement of the work

Project Management
Project Management team will ensure to
