Back filters are installed
Instrument air for all instruments available.
INSTRUMENT AIR
Power for IA Compressors is available

Instrument Air Compressors are tested by performance test.
All instrument air line are blown.
Instrument air Dryers are available
Desiccant available in air dryers
Air Receiver vessels are available and installed.
DCS / INSTRUMENT CONTROL
Control panels, Control room for HMI/DCS are available

HMI / DCS is available for Boiler
All loop testing of instrument & trips tested.
POWER
Transformer at CFB tested and ready to take in service

All electrical cables to drives connected
1500 KW load is available from works
All MCC panels are ready
FIRE SAFETY SYSTEM
Fire ring main installed as per drawing.

Fire extinguisher, fire hydrants and fire monitor installed.
Fire water pumps ( jockey, electric and diesel pump) tested and ready to operate.
Fire water pool constructed and clean.
Make up water available.
SLAG
Slag cooler installed

Power for slag cooler and conveyer is available
Slag conveyor and slag storage storage are available
Instrument air is available
Slag disposal system is available.
ASH
Bag filter fitted

Ash removal system is available
Ash silo, store house pump and ash hoppers are ready
Instrument air for ash conveying is available
Ash disposal system is identified.
HIGH PRESSURE STEAM
HP steam from boiler till boiler works is completed. (Isolation valves on steam trap lines
fitted)
HP steam line blowing is completed
Auto Vent valve fitted on HP steam Common Header at CFB area
LIME STONE STORAGE AND CONVEYING
Lime stone is available

Dust collecting unit are ready
Lime stone bin is installed
Lime stone Conveying system is installed
Store house pump are ok, and instrument air connected
Power supply for lime stone conveying system is available
Dust ID fan is ready
Power supply for Instrument operating valves is available
Interlock testing done.
DIESEL STORAGE AND CONVEYING
Diesel tank, diesel pump are ready and flushed

Diesel system till boiler is ready and flushed
Diesel decanting system is available
Power supply to diesel pump is available
Registration / Legislation process is completed
Interlock testing is completed
Burner (igniter, gun) is ready to install.
Cooling air for flame sensor is provided.
COAL CRUSHING,CONVEYING AND STORAGE SYSTEM
Coal is available
Coal yard / coal shed is available
Power supply to Grab crane is available, Grab crane is operative.
Coal feeder, conveyors and one coal crusher is available
Coal bunker is available. Fire suppression system installed on coal bunkers.
Coal conveyor to coal bunker & coal bunker to boiler are available
Power is available to conveyors, crusher, Grab crane
Loader is available
Instrument supply is available
Dust collecting unit are ready
Interlock testing carried out.
Coal feeders to conveyors installed and ready to use.
LOW PRESSURE STEAM
LP line from screw-8 to Deaerator is completed

All traps are in working condition and isolation valves installed.
Steam blowing is carried out as per standards.
PCV on de aerator is ready to take in service.
BOILER FEED WATER SYSTEM
Low lift pumps are ready to operate.

Boiler feed water line from low lift pumps to booster pumps flushed
Feed water line from booster to de aerator flushed
One de aerator ready and cutoff from other one
One boiler feed water pump / feed water line flushed.
Chemical dosing ready
Power supply available to booster pump and BFW pump
Cooling water to BFW pump is available
Inter lock testing complete.
