the game both inside and outside of the firm.

In principle firms have a number of opportunitties available to them to enable


learning
Research suggest that shared learning can help deal with some of the barrier to
learning that individual might face.

Much of the time the challenge in innovation is one of doing what we do but better.

Research suggest the challenge facing firm in building new network can be broken
down into two separate activities : identifying the relevan new partner and learning
how to work with them.
