Survey and Design
• Define Fiber Optic Route on Electricity Pole
• Define ODP Placement on the Pole’s
• OLT Location & Cabling Requirement
• ODC Placement
• Provide As Plan Drawing, Core Management & Bill of Quantity
Permit Clearance
• Having co-ordination with RT/RW, inform for Project Deployment plan
• Handle Community Issue if any
• Get written permission from RT/RW of related cluster (usually in
Berita Acara form)
Material Receiving
• Check material quantity base on Delivery Note on receiving
• Check material condition and reject if any material damage during
delivery
• Report receiving Material on Site (MoS) result
• Performed along with subcon PIC as also become handover from LnS
to Subcon
• Keep materials in proper storage, especially active equipment must
be placed inside a room (indoor)
Deployment Preparation
• Check tools required, working in electricity pole need non metal
ladder to avoid electric hazardous
• Man Power must use isolator gloves, safety shoes/boots, Full Body
Harness
• Check cable work tools such as Cable Stripper, Cutter, Fusion Splicer,
Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR), Optical Power Meter
(OPM), pliers, screwdriver, etc.
• Check readiness of accessories materials
