Problem-Based Learning Report

Problem-based learning (PBL) is a teaching method that uses carefully designed problems to challenge students to use problem solving techniques, self-directed learning strategies, team participation skills, and disciplinary knowledge. PBL aims to awaken students' natural curiosity through interaction between the learner and their environment. The focus is on the student as the important variable in enhancing the teaching-learning process. PBL presents students with problems that drive instruction and help students learn critical thinking skills and acquire deeper knowledge that is relevant to their lives and careers.
