History
Mr. M. J. Solanki, completed his education as part of the Earn and Learn scheme and then started his
career as a determined Engineer.While undergoing this struggle during his college days, inspired by
readings of Swami Vivekananda he formed the business M/s M J Solanki in 2003.

Later he business into Manpower Outsourcing, along with Mr. Dipak G Nakrani and just 2 other
individuals, with the aim of creating employment opportunities for rural and urban youth. Aiming
towards excellence in Individuals Skills he started providing Demand Driven and Tailor made manpower
to government institutions.

When MJS had over 80 employees, today that number has grown to more than 8000 employees, at
more than 62 locations providing services to over 230 satisfied clients.

 After complete the salary than do this process


Follow the below mention guidelines for generate online challan of
PF / ESIC.
 For Generating PF Challan
Step 1- Go to HR Report and select Pay register in salary sheet report
than filter as per you requirement
Step 2 - click on ECR file
Step 3 - Once ECR text file generate than upload on PF Portal :
https://unifiedportal-emp.epfindia.gov.in/epfo/

Step 4 - Login with user name and password with permission of HR


Manager.

Step 5 - than go to the PAYMENT Option and select Payment (ECR)

Step 6 - Upload the ECR Text file generated in MJOMS

Step 7 - and click on upload and if you found any error than solve and
complete the task.

PF & ESIC Process for generate online challan

 After complete the salary than do this process


Follow the below mention guidelines for generate online challan of ESIC.
 For Generating ESIC Challan
Step 1- Go to the HR Report and Select ESIC Report and select ESIC Challan
and Filter data as per your requirement.
Step 2- once ESIC Challan is generate than go to the ESIC Portal.

solve and complete the task.

Step 7 - Once all error Is solve than click on save and submit

Step 8 - Click on generate challan ,select month , enter amount


generated on portal and click on submit.
