Module 4: Planning For Continuing Professional Development and LAC Planning

This document provides guidance on planning for continuing professional development and participation in the Learning Action Cell (LAC). It outlines two activities: 1) Examining available professional development (PD) programs from DepEd and other providers to identify programs relevant to the teacher's strengths and developmental needs, and completing an Individual Development Plan template. 2) Discussing PD objectives and topics for the School LAC using a provided template, and sharing the plan with colleagues, the LAC Leader and School Head for feedback and adjustments. The goal is to help teachers identify suitable PD programs, develop a personalized learning plan, and contribute topics for collaborative discussion and support within the LAC framework.
