II. Project Description
✗ The program will be held on October 29, 2018, starting
8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. There will be an activities such
as teambuilding, seminars (about values, disaster and
risk management, and proper hygiene) storytelling, gift
giving and raffles. There will be an estimated three
hundred fifty (350) participants with eighty (80)
households involved in the said program that lives in
Sitio Bathel, Sta. Juliana, Capas, Tarlac.

II. Project Description
✗ With the participation of Humanities and Social Sciences
Grade 12 students, these participants will benefit and
support by the access of learning values, attitude and
provide some supplies that they’ll use in their daily
lives.
✗ For the students, this outreach program will be their
bridge to know, explore and better understand some
different beliefs, culture and values. This will provide
them a chance to experience something that will leave
a long lasting impact on their lives and the lives of one
another.

will also emphasize the importance of team building, unity, and
sportsmanship.

As the adult, ages 15-40, of the community, they have the role
and ability to ensure the safety of their family, relatives and specially
the younger ones in their community at times of disasters and
calamities. In this seminar, the people of the community will be
informed about the dos and don’ts before, during, and after a disaster
and/or calamity this will also help them to understand and develop
to save lives and minimize disaster damage and enhance disaster
response operations.

For the preparation of the clean and healthy food (10) chosen
students are being tasked and (15) students to supervise the flow of the
food distribution. For the team building activities there are (20) chosen
students who will be assigned to facilitate the games. Storytelling are
given to (8) students in charge. For the opening and closing of the
program (5) students are going to facilitate the program. In the
documentation of the program (10) students will be given the task.
